Abstract

Пантюхіна В.О. Інноваційні технології в готельному бізнесі . – Кваліфікаційна наукова праця на правах рукопису. Робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня бакалавра за спеціальністю 241 «Готельно-ресторанна справа» – Миколаївський національний аграрний університет, Миколаїв, 2023. Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 60 сторінках, містить 3 розділи. Метою роботи є дослідження сучасного стану розвитку інноваційної діяльності в сфері індустрії гостинності та обгрунтування основних інструментів інноваційних технологій, що необхідні для ведення ефективного готельного бізнесу. Об’єктом розгляду є готельне господарство України. Предметом роботи є інноваційний потенціал у сфері готельного господарства України. У першому розділі представлені основні теоретичні підходи щодо інноваційної діяльності в готельних господарствах, огляд наукової літератури та дано визначення терміну «інновації». У другому розділі – проаналізовано сучасний стан розвитку готельного господарства в Україні та визначено інноваційний потенціал досліджуваного готелю. Дано оцінку рівню конкурентоспроможності готельного закладу. В третьому розділі визначено перспективи розвитку готельного господарства України на інноваційній основі, окреслено напрями впровадження інновацій в досліджуваному закладі.

The purpose of the work is to study the current situation, problems and prospects for the development of innovation in the hospitality industry, to create a solution to the imperfection of this issue in the hotel "Grand Hotel Ukraine". The first section presents the basic theoretical information on innovation in the hotel industry, a review of scientific literature and the definition of the concept of "innovation". The second section contains data and analysis of the development of the hotel industry in Ukraine and the innovative potential of the studied hotel. Assessment of the hotel's competitiveness. The third section contains a consideration of current problems of prospects and development of innovation in the hotel industry of Ukraine, ways to improve the innovations of the studied hotel and in Ukraine as a whole. Based on the results of the work, specific solutions to improve the situation on this topic in the hotel "Grand Hotel Ukraine" were provided.
