Адаптування вітчизняного готельно-ресторанного бізнесу до викликів війни

Abstract

Обвал готельно-ресторанного бізнесу України на початку 2022 року. У зв’язку з початком війні практично усі заплановані івенти й туристичні бізнес-поїздки скасовувалися, відсоток відмов від бронювання підскочив ви до 85-98%. Сотні тисяч людей покидали рідні міста та виїжджали на захід України. На той час розподіл доходів у готельно-ресторанному бізнесі був різний. Одні безкоштовно надавали переселенцям допомогу, інші, навпаки, підіймали ціни - готелі там були переповнені. Достатня кількість об’єктів готельно-ресторанного бізнесу втратили дохід та працювали у збиток, або взагалі закрилися.

In connection with the beginning of the war, almost all planned events and tourist business trips were canceled, the percentage of cancellations from reservations jumped to 85-98%. Hundreds of thousands of people left their hometowns and went to the west of Ukraine. At that time, the distribution of income in the hotel and restaurant business was different. Some provided free assistance to the migrants, others, on the contrary, raised prices - the hotels there were overcrowded. A sufficient number of hotel and restaurant businesses lost income and operated at a loss, or closed altogether.
