Безпекові послуги в територіальних громадах. Актуальні питання

Abstract

В умовах війни питання безпеки, особливо внутрішньої, громадянами України подекуди сприймається як таке, щось неособливе. На часі, як міркують деякі питання євроінтеграції та політичні й економічні реформи – настане мир, буде вам безпека. Але ми розуміємо, незважаючи на жахіття війни, відчуття безпеки у громадян повинно тільки зростати. Тому місцева влада вже зараз чимало робить можливого й неможливого для відчуття повної безпеки мешканців територіальних громад. Форми посилення безпеки громади шукають самостійно, все залежить від кошті місцевих бюджетів. Для підвищенні рівня безпеки громадяни кооперуються/створюють місцеві громадські формування з поліцією, пожежниками, центрами безпеки.

In the conditions of war, the issue of security, especially internal security, is sometimes perceived by the citizens of Ukraine as such, something not special. In time, as some European integration and political and economic reform think, peace will come, you will be safe. But we understand that, despite the horrors of war, the sense of security among citizens should only grow. Therefore, the local authorities are already doing a lot of possible and impossible things for the residents of territorial communities to feel completely safe. Forms of strengthening community security are sought independently, everything depends on the amount of local budgets. To increase the level of security, citizens cooperate/create local public formations with the police, firefighters, security centers.
