Формування фінансових ресурсів аграрних підприємств

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні засади формування фінансових ресурсів аграрних підприємств, визначено сутність поняття «фінансові ресурси» та «джерела формування фінансових ресурсів». Узагальнено методичні підходи до аналізу формування і використання фінансових ресурсів аграрних підприємства, алгоритму його здійснення. Проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльність аграрного підприємства, його розмір та ефективність використання ресурсів. Проведено оцінку джерел формування фінансових ресурсів аграрного підприємства та ефективності їх використання. Розроблено напрями оптимізації джерел формування фінансових ресурсів аграрних підприємств та підвищення ефективності їх використання. Основний акцент зроблено на впровадженні системи бюджетування, оптимізації витрат підприємства шляхом зменшення непродуктивних витрат, впроваджені систем контролю за витратами, підвищені ефективності управління розрахунками з партнерами, впроваджені системи мотивації працівників за досягнення показників ефективності використання фінансових ресурсів.

The qualification work investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of financial resources of agricultural enterprises, defines the essence of the concept of «financial resources» and «sources of financial resources». The methodological approaches to the analysis of the formation and use of financial resources of agricultural enterprises and the algorithm of its implementation are generalized. The financial and economic activities of an agricultural enterprise, its size and efficiency of resource use are analyzed. The sources of formation of financial resources of an agrarian enterprise and the efficiency of their use are evaluated. Directions for optimizing the sources of formation of financial resources of agricultural enterprises and increasing the efficiency of their use are developed. The main emphasis is placed on the introduction of a budgeting system, optimization of enterprise costs by reducing unproductive costs, introduction of cost control systems, increased efficiency of managing settlements with partners, introduction of employee motivation systems for achieving indicators of efficiency of financial resources.
