Антикризове фінансове управління аграрних підприємств

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеню «Магістр» за спеціальністю 072 «Фінанси, банківська справа та страхування» у галузі знань 07 – Управління та адміністрування. – Миколаївський національний аграрний університет, Миколаїв, 2023. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено концептуальні підходи до антикризового фінансового управління аграрних підприємств, теоретичні аспекти антикризового управління підприємством; розглянуто концепцію побудови антикризового фінансового управління; представлено методологію визначення кризового процесу аграрного підприємства; здійснено антикризову діагностику аграрних підприємств: надано характеристику виробничо-економічної діяльності та оцінку фінансового стану аграрного підприємства, проведено діагностику виникнення і розвитку кризового процесу аграрного підприємства; визначено перспективи розвитку антикризового фінансового управління аграрних підприємств: запропоновано впровадження системи антикризового фінансового управління для аграрних підприємств, в тому числі з використанням цифрових інструментів

Qualification work for obtaining the Master's degree in the specialty 072 "Finance, banking and insurance" in the field of knowledge 07 - Management and administration. - Mykolaiv National Agrarian University, Mykolaiv, 2023. In the qualification work, conceptual approaches to anti-crisis financial management of agrarian enterprises, theoretical aspects of anti-crisis management of the enterprise were investigated; the concept of building anti-crisis financial management is considered; the methodology for determining the crisis process of an agricultural enterprise is presented; an anti-crisis diagnosis of agricultural enterprises was carried out: a description of the production and economic activity and an assessment of the financial condition of the agricultural enterprise were provided, a diagnosis of the emergence and development of the crisis process of the agricultural enterprise was carried out; the prospects for the development of anti-crisis financial management of agrarian enterprises are determined: the implementation of the system of anti-crisis financial management for agrarian enterprises, including the use of digital tools, is proposed.
