Technology of Creation Term Papers in Electrical Engineering Dicsiplines in the Online Learning Environment

Abstract

In the article is presented the technology of creation term papers in electrical engineering in the online learning environment. The necessity of training electrical engineering specialists in modern conditions as well as acquisition the professional competencies during preparing term papers are outlined. The proposed technology consists of five stages: preparatory, analytical, calculation, modelling and discussion. The training in online learning environment for electrical engineers have some peculiarities that occurs due to the big amount of data, calculations and using special engineering programs. So, there is a need not only use the digital environment of the higher educational institution but the involve the use of third-party engineering programs. According to each stage of the proposed technology there is outlined some types of the soft that can be used. The result of this technology is the creation of term papers that allow students to gain competencies in those disciplines while earning points in the online learning environment. The obtained results were checked statistically that confirms the efficiency of creation term papers in electrical engineering in the online learning environment.
