Abstract

The discipline "Management of processing" is a component of the educational and professional training program for higher education applicants of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the specialty 071 Public administration and administration. The purpose of the discipline: mastering the theoretical foundations that will help provide future agronomists with the necessary knowledge for storage, processing and standardization of crop products, will help solve the basic problems of agriculture, the formation of skills to identify optimal conditions and conditions for storage and processing of raw materials. work, ability to handle devices, competently process research results and independently draw appropriate conclusions from the obtained research data; to provide an opportunity for agronomists to provide qualified economic justifications for various measures for the chemicalization of agriculture. Task a course: - to reveal the subject, methods and its place in the system of academic disciplines; - to study the factors influencing the quantity and quality of crop products; - master the basics of theory and practice of storage and processing of crop products; - to train specialists in agricultural production who have knowledge of the technology of processing and storage of crop products.
