Створення механізмів управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства

Abstract

Актуальність досліджуваної теми обумовлена зростанням ролі конкурентоспроможності у контексті підвищення якості продукції (товару) та у формуванні достатнього рівня конкурентоспроможності самого підприємства. Акцентовано, що саме якість є основоположним фактором конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Встановлено, що систему управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства слід розглядати з урахуванням системного підходу, який передбачає розгляд об’єкта управління як цілісної моделі та взаємозв’язку всіх його складових. Узагальнено перелік практичного інструментарію механізму управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства.

The relevance of the studied topic is due to the growing role of competitiveness in the context of improving the quality of products (goods) and in the formation of a sufficient level of competitiveness of the enterprise itself. It is emphasized that quality is the fundamental factor of the enterprise's competitiveness. It has been established that the management system of the enterprise's competitiveness should be considered taking into account the systemic approach, which involves considering the object of management as a complete model and the interconnection of all its components. The list of practical tools of the enterprise competitiveness management mechanism is summarized.
