проведено аналіз розвитку та особливостей функціонування громадських організацій в умовах війни. Дослідження спрямоване на визначення основних тенденцій розвитку громадських організацій в Україні, враховуючи фактори, що їх обумовлюють, та виокремлення ключових проблем, які вони стикаються у сучасних умовах. The analysis of development and features of functioning of public organizations is conducted in the conditions of war. Research is sent to determination of basic progress of public organizations trends in Ukraine, taking into account factors, that they are stipulated, and selection of key problems, what of them clash in modern terms. Basic complications are reflected on the way of development, that arise up before public organizations in the conditions of war, and the most actual are distinguished among them
