Шляхи удосконалення системи надання послуг населенню у сфері охорони здоров’я

Abstract

Досліджено сутність поняття медична послуга та визначено, хто є замовником, а хто є споживачі медичної послуги.. Було встановлено, що серед основних напрямків удосконалення системи надання послуг населенню у сфері охорони здоров’я вважається «телемедицина». Розглянуто досвід Японії щодо її застосування. Зроблено висновок, що удосконалення системи надання послуг населення у сфері охорони здоров’я має велике значення для держави з погляду забезпечення здоров’я та добробуту свого населення.

The essence of the concept of medical service was studied and it was determined who is the customer and who are the consumers of the medical service. It was established that among the main areas of improving the system of providing services to the population in the field of health care is "telemedicine". The experience of Japan regarding its application is considered. It was concluded that improving the system of providing services to the population in the field of health care is of great importance for the state from the point of view of ensuring the health and well-being of its population.
