Багатофункціональність програмного продукту SAP Business One та впровадження на підприємствах України

Abstract

В статті вивчено багатофункціональність програного продукту SAP Business One в цілому та його використання і впровадження на українських підприємствах. Розглянуто інструменти аналітики даної програми, які підтримують бізнес-рішення та надають точну інформацію. Досліджено важливість використання програми SAP Business One підприємствами України. Наведено інтерфейс адаптованого програмного забезпечення SAP Business One до українських стандартів бухгалтерського та податкового обліку та доступність використання основних модулів програми. Відображено основні переваги використання та роботи програми SAP Business One у хмарі та локальної версії. Досліджено види підприємств та галузі у яких відбулося впровадження програми SAP Business One, що дозволило їм оптимізувати свої бізнес-процеси, підвищити ефективність та покращити конкурентоспроможність. Визначено, що SAP Business One об’єднує всі бізнес-функції на єдиній цифровій платформі, забезпечуючи миттєвий доступ до інформації в реальному часі через одну систему.

Ukrainian enterprises face challenges related to effective management of resources and optimization of business processes in the context of rapid digitalization and growing competition. The software product SAP Business One is a comprehensive solution that allows you to integrate various aspects of the company’s activities into a single management system. Studying the multifunctionality of this software and its implementation at Ukrainian enterprises is relevant for ensuring competitiveness, reducing costs and increasing productivity, which contributes to general economic development.

Purpose. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of SAP Business One at Ukrainian enterprises and to study its multifunctional capabilities for improving resource management, optimizing business processes, and increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian companies.

Results. SAP Business One is designed with flexibility in mind, enabling the application to be accessed anytime, anywhere via a mobile device, whether deployed on-premises or in the cloud. SAP Business One provides a user-friendly interface that is a centralized access point. It provides quick access to information in real time through a single system. The application contains several modules that cover different business functions. SAP Business One provides analytical capabilities that enable access to vast amounts of data in today’s economy. Businesses can run in the cloud or on-premises, and employees can connect via mobile technology from anywhere in the world. SAP Business One can combine data coming from external sensors and other sources, as well as use innovative technologies to solve current tasks.

SAP Business One is used in more than 170 countries of the world, namely: Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Italy, USA, Poland and others. Today, 50 localized versions of the software product are offered, partners adapt localized versions for the needs of users in different countries of the world.

In Ukraine, a high-quality alternative to licensed software is available – the international SAP Business One system, as in many other countries, SAP Business One is becoming an increasingly popular tool for optimizing business processes, increasing efficiency and improving management. The system is flexible and allows for customization and adaptation both to the needs of the industry and to a specific enterprise. The system is adapted and developed in accordance with Ukrainian standards of accounting and tax accounting and legislative norms, has a Ukrainian-language interface.

In SAP Business One, modules for accounting and tax accounting, functionality for calculation and payment of wages are available. Each module in the program consists of objects and subdivisions. Further development of the software market with the introduction of modern software solutions will allow not only to effectively expand the activities of enterprises, but will also become the basis for the successful development of the national economy.
