Фінансово-економічний механізм регулювання розвитку інтелектуального капіталу в Україні

Abstract

Проаналізовано сформовану множину поглядів на економічну сутність категорії «фінансово-економічний механізм», а саме через: рівень формування та ефективного функціонування; структурний зміст; характер відносин, які реалізуються; сферу застосування; широту трактування. Узагальнено вимоги до функціонування фінансово-економічного механізму регулювання інтелектуальним капіталом. Виокремлено економічну сутність поняття «фінансово-економічний механізм регулювання розвитку інтелектуального капіталу».

Проанализированы сложившуюся множество взглядов на экономическую сущность категории «финансово-экономический механизм», а именно через: уровень формирования и эффективного функционирования; структурное содержание; характер отношений, которые реализуются; область применения; широту трактовки. Обзор требования к функционированию финансово-экономического механизма регулирования интеллектуальным капиталом. Выделены экономическую сущность понятия «финансово-экономический механизм регулирования развития интеллектуального капитала».

To analyze the many views on the economices sence of the category "financial-economic mechanism", namely through: the level of formation and effective functioning; structural content; the nature of the relationship that are implemented; the scope; the breadth of the interpretation. Summarized requirements for thef unctioning of the financial-economic mechanism of regulation of intellectual capital, including: the current system of interaction and interrelation of the elements of the financial-economic mechanism of regulation of development of intellectual capital; that the interests of all subjects of financial and economic mechanism; the speed of the reaction of the elements of the mechanism for the changes caused by the influence of the elements of the lower level; the limits of normative-legal regulation of corresponding sphere; the maximum combined regulation of the development of intellectual capital with commercial innovative activity of business entities of different owner ship forms, and others.
