Abstract

The digitalization of government services is a crucial element of modernizing the public administration system. It enhances efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of public services, optimizes internal processes, and reduces bureaucracy and corruption risks. This article analyzes global practices of digital transformation in public administration, examines key technologies, and explores their impact on socio-economic development. Special attention is given to Ukraine’s achievements in digitalization, particularly the development of the «Diia» platform. The study identifies prospects, challenges, and risks of digitalization, as well as proposes ways to overcome them.
