Abstract

The formation of an organizational and economic mechanism for territorial recovery is based on a system of methodological approaches that ensure a comprehensive, consistent, and effective strategy for restoring socio-economic infrastructure and fostering sustainable community development. Key approaches include the systemic approach, which views the community as an interconnected system; the comprehensive approach, integrating economic, social, environmental, and governance factors; and the institutional approach, focusing on regulatory frameworks. Additionally, the resourcebased approach, spatial approach, innovation-driven approach, participatory approach, partnership approach, and strategic approach contribute to optimizing recovery efforts. Their integrated application ensures a resilient and sustainable recovery process.
