Abstract

Engaging youth in the development of local self-government is an important aspect of improving community governance in Ukraine. Taking into account the views of the younger generation promotes the implementation of innovative approaches and better solutions to local problems. To ensure effective youth participation, it is necessary to overcome obstacles such as low awareness and lack of motivation through the creation of youth councils, educational programs, and internships. Active youth participation forms a new generation of leaders, enhances democratic processes, and fosters civic engagement. It is important to create a regulatory framework and ensure financial support for youth initiatives. Successful cooperation between the government and youth will ensure the sustainable development of communities.
