Соціальні аспекти інклюзивного туризму: удосконалення доступності готельно-ресторанного сектору в Україні

Abstract

У статті розглянуто інклюзивний туризм як важливий засіб соціальної реінтеграції людей з інвалідністю з точки зору доступності готельно-ресторанного сектору в Україні. Визначено поняття «інклюзивний туризм» та його соціальне значення. Проаналізовано взаємозв'язок між інклюзивним туризмом та соціальними ініціативами в Україні, оскільки інклюзивний туризм є важливою складовою загальних соціальних ініціатив, спрямованих на забезпечення рівних прав і можливостей для всіх громадян. На основі наукових досліджень та аналізу практичних напрацювань встановлено, що забезпечення доступності готельно-ресторанного господарства для людей з інвалідністю та інших вразливих груп населення є важливою складовою інклюзивного туризму. Підкреслюється, що дизайн в контексті туризму включає важливу роль у забезпеченні доступу та комфорту для всіх груп, включаючи людей з інвалідністю та вразливі групи. Визначено перспективи розвитку інклюзивного туризму. Запропоновано основні аспекти оцінювання соціального значення інклюзивного туризму в Україні.

This paper discusses inclusive tourism as an important means of social reintegration of people with disabilities from the perspective of accessibility in the Ukrainian hotel and restaurant sector. The concept of “inclusive tourism” and its social significance are defined. To analyze the relationship between inclusive tourism and social initiatives in Ukraine. Inclusive tourism is an important component of general social initiatives aimed at ensuring equal rights and opportunities for all citizens. Based on scientific research and experience, it is established that ensuring accessibility of hotel and restaurant facilities for people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups in society is an important element of inclusive tourism. It is emphasized that design in the context of tourism plays an important role in ensuring accessibility and comfort for all groups, including persons with disabilities and other socially vulnerable groups. Prospects for inclusive tourism development in Ukraine are identified. Key aspects are proposed to assess the social significance of inclusive tourism in the development of tourism in Ukraine. The conclusions point out that successful development depends on active government support, investment in infrastructure, increased awareness among businesses and citizens, and the use of innovative technologies. Inclusive tourism can be a strong driver of economic growth and social inclusion in Ukraine, making the country more accessible and attractive to different tourist groups. Providing equal opportunities to all citizens will contribute not only to the development of the tourism industry, but also to the social integration. This will not only ensure equal access to services, but also active participation in cultural, social, and economic life. It is not only economically feasible, but also socially responsible and very important for creating a modern and progressive society.
