Адаптивні підходи до інноваційного підприємництва в агросфері України

Abstract

В статті досліджено адаптивні підходи до впровадження та підвищення рівня інноваційної діяльності в агросфері. Тому метою статті є обґрунтування адаптивних підходів до активізації інноваційного підприємництва в агросфері України. Детально досліджено особливості опору змінам на організаційному, груповому та індивідуальному рівні. Виділено ряд загальних правил для адаптації працівників до інноваційних перетворень: детальне та чітке інформування про подальші дії підприємства під час перетворень, створення почуття незадоволеності поточним станом в організації, надання можливості здобуття нових знань кожному з працівників, формування стилю поведінки орієнтованого на лідерство, формування системи винагород в підтримку змін, приваблення та залучення робочого колективу до нових завдань з можливістю отримати нові навички, постійна пряма та фонова мотивація, надання та підтримка здорової робочо-психологічної атмосфери в усіх угрупуваннях.

In modern conditions, the development of adaptive approaches to the implementation and improvement of the level of innovation activity in the agricultural sector is of particular relevance. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to substantiate adaptive approaches to intensifying innovative entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Accordingly, entrepreneurship should be viewed as the achievement of economic profit in agriculture (and in other sectors as well). Production cycles in agriculture are longer, so farmers need more time to accurately plan their costs and other economic indicators, which can only be achieved through sales. Innovative changes have a direct impact on: the general condition of the enterprise, transport of raw materials, supply of goods and services, production and enabling technologies. The features of resistance to change at the organisational, group and individual levels are studied in detail. A number of general rules for adaptation of employees to innovative transformations are highlighted: detailed and clear information about further actions of the enterprise during transformations, creation of a sense of dissatisfaction with the current state of the organisation, providing opportunities for each employee to acquire new knowledge, formation of a leadership-oriented style of behaviour, formation of a reward system to support changes, attraction and involvement of the workforce in new tasks with the opportunity to acquire new skills, constant direct and background motivation, provision and support. Dealing with and controlling resistance to change is a necessary skill for any manager, as today businesses exist in an environment of constant fluctuations in external factors, and the company needs to control its capacity and be confident in its internal strengths. Therefore, it is adaptive approaches that are of paramount importance in the implementation of innovative transformations in the agricultural sector of Ukraine.
