Abstract

У тезах аналізується роль молоді в розвитку агропромислового комплексу України, акцентуючи на важливості впевненості, лідерства, освіти та соціальних проблемах сільської молоді. Також підкреслено її значення у післявоєнному відновленні економіки./Тhis thesis analyzes the role of youth in the development of Ukraine's agro-industrial complex, emphasizing the importance of confidence, leadership, education, and addressing the social problems of rural youth. Special attention is given to the psychological aspects of young leaders in agriculture, their innovative approaches, and their contribution to the sector's modernization. Additionally, the study highlights the crucial role of youth in post-war economic recovery and the necessity of educational programs to support their professional growth and integration into the agricultural sector.
