Наповнення державного бюджету в Україні під час війни

Abstract

Досліджено особливості наповнення державного бюджету України в умовах повномасштабної війни. Розглянуто трансформацію структури доходів бюджету, зокрема зменшення податкових надходжень та суттєве зростання ролі міжнародної фінансової допомоги. Особливу увагу приділено впливу війни на державні фінанси, ролі партнерської підтримки та перспективам фінансової стійкості України./The thesis examines the peculiarities of filling the state budget of Ukraine in conditions of full-scale war. The transformation of the structure of budget revenues is considered, in particular, the reduction of tax revenues and a significant increase in the role of international financial assistance. Special attention is paid to the impact of the war on state finances, the role of partner support and the prospects for the financial stability of Ukraine.
