Abstract

У роботі розглядаються ключові проблеми ринку праці України в умовах війни, що спричинила міграційні процеси та трансформації в економіці. Окрему увагу приділено структурному безробіттю та кадровому дефіциту. Аналіз впливу мобілізації значного працездатного населення. Висвітлено державні регулювання процесом, зокрема надання ваучерів на навчання майбутніх працівників та підтримка малого бізнесу. Прикладом сучасного становища ринку праці в Україні, висвітлено ситуацію у Миколаївській області./ Тhe paper examines the key problems of the Ukrainian labor market in the conditions of war, which caused migration processes and transformations in the economy. Special attention is paid to structural unemployment and personnel shortage. Analysis of the impact of mobilization of a significant working population. State regulation of the process is highlighted, in particular, the provision of vouchers for training future employees and support for small businesses. As an example of the current state of the labor market in Ukraine, the situation in the Mykolaiv region is highlighted.
