Мотивація до наукової діяльності у молоді: внутрішні та зовнішні чинники

Abstract

У даній роботі досліджено мотивацію молоді до наукової діяльності, аналізуючи внутрішні та зовнішні чинники, що впливають на цей процес. Розглянуто особливості внутрішньої мотивації, яка базується на особистих інтересах, цікавості та прагненні до самореалізації, а також є ключовою для продуктивності та задоволення від дослідницької роботи. Водночас проаналізовано значущість зовнішніх факторів, таких як організаційна та фінансова підтримка, визнання досягнень та кар'єрні перспективи./This paper explores the motivation of young people for scientific activity, analyzing the internal and external factors that influence this process. It is considered that internal motivation, which is based on personal interests, curiosity, and the desire for self-realization, is key to productivity and satisfaction from research work. At the same time, the significance of external factors, such as organizational and financial support, recognition of achievements, and career prospects, is analyzed.
