Формування відгодівельних та м’ясних якостей молодняку свиней

Abstract

Вивчено залежність відгодівельних якостей від породної належності, вирівняності гнізд, статі та прояву компенсаторного росту кнурців та свинок порід дірок та велика біла. Досліджено вплив породи та вирівняності гнізд на час опоросу на м’ясо-сальні якості свиней та морфологічний склад туш піддослідного молодняку. Для дослідження впливу генотипу та вирівняності гнізд на розвиток внутрішніх органів було вивчено їх абсолютну масу. Аналіз показників абсолютної маси внутрішніх органів доводить існування деякої різниці між тваринами різних генотипів, але в класах розподілу за вирівняністю гнізд істотних відмінностеї не виявлено. Виявлено значні відмінності в інтер’єрних показниках крові між досліджуваними породами. Вірогідну різницю виявлено за вмістом АЛТ, АСТ, загального білку і сіалових кислот./The dependence of fattening qualities on breed, nest alignment, sex, and manifestation of compensatory growth of boars and gilts of the Dir and Large White breeds was studied. The influence of breed and nest alignment at farrowing time on the meat and fat qualities of pigs and the morphological composition of the carcasses of experimental young animals was studied. To study the influence of genotype and nest alignment on the development of internal organs, their absolute mass was studied. Analysis of the absolute mass of internal organs proves the existence of some differences between animals of different genotypes, but no significant differences were found in the distribution classes according to the levelness of nests. Significant differences were found in internal blood parameters between the studied breeds. A significant difference was found in the content of ALT, AST, total protein and sialic acids.
