Дезодорація у тваринницьких приміщеннях як складова біобезпеки

Abstract

Розглянуто проблему неприємних запахів у тваринницьких приміщеннях, особливо на фермах з масовим утриманням тварин, та їх значення для біобезпеки підприємства. Розглянуто природу сполук, та їхній вплив на здоров'я тварин, персоналу та навколишнє середовище, а також сучасні методи дезодорації – від змін у годівлі до високотехнологічних методів очищення повітря. Показано, що дезодорація – це не лише питання комфорту, але й важлива частина системи гігієни, санітарії та біобезпеки./The issue of unpleasant odours in livestock facilities, particularly on farms with intensive animal production, is examined along with their significance for the enterprise’s biosecurity. The nature of odor-forming compounds and their impact on the health of animals, personnel, and the environment are analysed, as well as modern deodorization methods ranging from dietary adjustments to advanced air-treatment technologies. It is shown that deodorization is not merely a matter of comfort but an essential component of hygiene, sanitation, and biosecurity systems.
