Інтрапренерство як метод формування внутрішньофірмової інноваційної інфраструктури

Abstract

В роботі обґрунтовано необхідність, доцільність та перспективи практичного розвитку інтрапренерства як способу формування інноваційної інфраструктури вітчизняних підприємств. Встановлено, що інтрапренерство варто розглядати як метод управління в межах діючого підприємства, що дозволяє поєднувати інтереси підприємства та працівників, стимулювати їх ініціативу. Використання системи інтрапренерства дозволяє утримувати на підприємстві ініціативних фахівців, даючи їм можливість займатися підприємництвом на інноваційній основі. Визначено, що впровадження інтрапренерства на підприємстві з метою забезпечення його інноваційного розвитку має стратегічні, технологічні та фінансові переваги. Розглянуто організаційні особливості впровадження системи інтрапренерства на індивідуальному, груповому та стратегічному рівнях. Виокремлено необхідні умови та основні принципи для заохочення розвитку інтрапренерства як формування інноваційної інфраструктури вітчизняних підприємств.
