Інноваційний розвиток аграрних підприємств України

Abstract

Сталий прогрес аграрних підприємств України забезпечується завдяки інтеграції новітніх технологій, цифровій трансформації виробництва, посиленню науково-дослідної діяльності та залученню інвестиційних ресурсів, що сприяє зміцненню їх конкурентних позицій і динамічному розвитку сільськогосподарської галузі. У статті розглянуто особливості інноваційного розвитку аграрних підприємств України в умовах глобалізації. Визначено ключові проблеми, що стримують конкурентоспроможність вітчизняної продукції, серед яких застаріла матеріально-технічна база, високі виробничі витрати та недостатня державна підтримка інновацій. Узагальнено сучасні наукові підходи до формування інноваційної моделі розвитку аграрного сектору, підкреслено роль цифровізації, впровадження прогресивних технологій і залучення інвестицій у зміцненні позицій підприємств на внутрішньому та зовнішньому ринках. Аргументовано необхідність інституціоналізації інноваційної політики та інтеграції України у глобальний інноваційний простір.

The article is devoted to the analysis of innovative development of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises in the context of globalization and ongoing socio-economic transformations. It is emphasized that the agrarian sector represents one of the strategic areas of national economic growth and requires new approaches to ensure its long-term competitiveness. The research highlights that innovative development should not be limited to partial technological modernization but must be understood as a systemic process that integrates scientific knowledge, advanced technologies, institutional reforms, and managerial innovations. In this regard, agriculture is considered as a field where the synergy of technological, organizational, and digital changes is capable of ensuring sustainable development and strengthening the international position of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the importance of innovation-driven transformation of agricultural enterprises as a decisive factor for improving efficiency and competitiveness in both domestic and foreign markets. The methodological basis includes the analysis of statistical data, legislative provisions regulating innovation activity in Ukraine, and international studies that make it possible to assess trends and prospects of agrarian development within the framework of global integration. The article underlines that innovative development in agriculture should rely on the implementation of advanced agrarian technologies, precision farming, biotechnology, digitalization of management and production processes, as well as on the institutionalization of innovation policy. A special focus is placed on the necessity of creating favorable conditions for investment attraction, international cooperation, and the establishment of innovation-oriented infrastructure that would accelerate the transformation of enterprises. These measures are expected to increase productivity, quality of agricultural products, and overall sustainability of the sector. It is concluded that innovative development of agriculture must be treated as a multidimensional process that encompasses technological, organizational, and institutional changes, supported by the interaction of science, business, and state authorities. The research argues that systemic implementation of innovation strategies will allow Ukrainian agrarian enterprises to enhance their competitiveness, respond flexibly to global challenges, and integrate successfully into the international economic space
