Цифрова трансформація системи управлінського обліку в Україні. Ефективна економіка

Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність, напрями та ключові результати цифрової трансформації системи управлінського обліку на підприємствах України. На основі аналізу сучасних наукових джерел визначено вплив цифрових технологій на зміст, інструментарій та організацію управлінського обліку. Узагальнено тенденції впровадження ERP-систем, штучного інтелекту, аналізу великих даних (Big Data)та інших цифрових рішень. Обґрунтовано переваги та виклики цифровізації для українських підприємств, а також окреслено перспективи подальшої модернізації управлінського обліку в умовах цифрової економіки, зокрема: розширення застосування штучного інтелекту та аналітичних платформ; створення єдиних цифрових екосистем для управління підприємством; використання блокчейну для підвищення прозорості та надійності обліку; інтеграція систем управлінського обліку з національними та міжнародними цифровими платформами

The article examines modern approaches to the digital transformation of management accounting systems at Ukrainian enterprises in the context of the development of the digital economy and increasing requirements for the quality of managerial decision-making. It is substantiated that the digitalization of management accounting is a key factor inenhancing management efficiency, business process transparency, and the competitiveness of economic entities. It is established that digital transformation in management accounting involves not only the technical modernization of information systems but also changes in the methodology of generating managerial information, its structure, and the logic of its use. The impact of digital technologies on the transformation of management accounting functions is analyzed, particularly in terms of automating the collection, processing, and analysis of accounting information, as well as the transition from a retrospective accounting model to a predictive and analytical one.Special attention is paid to the role of ERP systems as a fundamental tool for the digital transformation of management accounting. The capabilities of leading ERP solutions (SAP Business One, Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics) are explored with regard to the integration of accounting and managerial processes, the development of multidimensional analytics, cost control, and support for strategic planning. The advantages of implementing modern information systems are examined, including improved timeliness of managerial information, reduced information gaps between organizational units, and enhanced internal control systems.The prospects for further modernization of management accounting in the digital economy are substantiated, including the expanded use of artificial intelligence and analytical platforms, the creation of integrated digital ecosystems for enterprise management, the application of blockchain technologies to increase transparency and reliability of accounting, and the integration of management accounting systems with national and international digital platforms. It is demonstrated that digital transformation contributes to the development of management accounting as a strategic function that provides information support for decision-making in complex economic environments
