Суспільно-географічні аспекти інвестиційного забезпечення аграрного сектору Одеської області в умовах повоєнного відновлення

Abstract

Досліджено суспільно-географічні аспекти інвестиційного забезпечення аграрного сектору Одеської обл. в умовах воєнних та повоєнних викликів. Проаналізовано природно-ресурсний потенціал, структуру агровиробництва і динаміку інвестиційної активності в регіоні на основі верифікованих статистичних даних. Обґрунтовано стратегічні пріоритети залучення інвестицій у розрізі суспільно-географічного підходу

The paper investigates the socio-geographical aspects of investment provision for the agricultural sector of the Odesa region under wartime and post-war conditions. The study analyses the natural resource potential, agricultural production structure and capital investment trends based on verified statistical data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine and the Main Department of Statistics in the Odesa region. The region leads Ukraine in sown areas of wheat, barley, peas and winter rapeseed (2025), accounts for 31.4% of national sheep and goat livestock, and holds 2,594.5 thousand hectares of agricultural land, of which 2,076.5 thousand hectares are arable land. The agricultural production index in January–February 2026 reached 101.3% compared to the same period in 2025. National capital investments fell by 39.2% in 2022, with the agricultural sector experiencing above-average decline. A spatial differentiation of investment potential among districts is identified within the socio-geographical framework, and four strategic priorities for post-war agricultural investment are substantiated.
