Стратегії та моделі управління економічним потенціалом підприємства

Abstract

Обґрунтовано методичні засади формування стратегій управління економічним потенціалом підприємства на основі інтеграції ресурсного, процесного та адаптивного підходів. Зокрема, удосконалено підхід до оцінювання економічного потенціалу підприємства шляхом поєднання фінансових показників із показниками ефективності використання ресурсів; уточнено підходи до класифікації внутрішніх резервів підприємства як складової стратегічного управління потенціалом; запропоновано системний підхід до формування стратегій підвищення ефективності використання виробничих, трудових і матеріальних ресурсів на основі їх узгодження з ринковими умовами функціонування. Розроблені рекомендації спрямовані на підвищення рентабельності діяльності, зміцнення фінансової стійкості та забезпечення гнучкості підприємства в умовах динамічного конкурентного середовища, що підвищує його загальну ефективність і конкурентоспроможність на ринку./In a dynamic market, enterprises require an effective, strategic approach to managing their economic potential. A thorough evaluation of financial standing and resources is essential for identifying reserves and developing sound strategies.

Purpose. The study aims to substantiate effective strategies and models for managing an enterprise’s economic potential, thereby increasing resource efficiency and strengthening competitiveness. The theoretical and methodological basis of this study is the systematization principle and graphical methods of presenting information. According to the study’s objective, the following tasks were set: analyzing internal reserves, optimizing the interaction between production and sales processes, and developing a systemic mechanism to increase the enterprise’s profitability and financial stability. The analysis was based on scientific works on the specified issues.

Results. The method of evaluating an enterprise’s economic potential has improved by combining financial indicators with resource efficiency indicators. The method of classifying internal reserves as part of strategic potential management has been clarified. A systematic strategy for increasing the efficiency of using production, labor, and material resources, based on coordinating them with operating market conditions, has been proposed. The developed recommendations aim to increase profitability, strengthen financial stability, and ensure the enterprise’s flexibility in a dynamic competitive environment, thereby enhancing its overall efficiency and competitiveness in the market. The analysis was based on scientific works on the specified issues.

Conclusions. Effective management of an enterprise’s economic potential is essential for its sustainable development and competitiveness. The feasibility of a strategic approach involving a comprehensive assessment of resources, identification of internal reserves, and coordination of management decisions is substantiated. The integration of resource, process, and adaptive approaches has been proven to increase the enterprise’s efficiency, profitability, and financial stability.
