Abstract

Забезпечення безпеки об’єктів господарювання в умовах воєнного стану пов’язане зі зростанням ризиків, невизначеності та ускладненням діяльності. Мінливість умов функціювання, складність процесів та обмежені ресурси вимагають від керівництва рішучості, здатності приймати виважені рішення та ефективно взаємодіяти з персоналом та партнерами. Управлінські компетентності стають критично важливими для стабільності та збереження активів.

The role of emotional-volitional qualities and communication skills of an entrepreneur as important factors in ensuring the safety of business facilities under martial law has been studied. It has been substantiated that effective crisis management, timely decision-making, psychological stability and the ability to constructively interact with personnel and external entities significantly affect the level of enterprise safety. The importance of leadership qualities, emotional self-regulation, stress resistance and communication when responding to military, man-made and social threats has been analyzed. It has been determined that the development of personal competencies of an entrepreneur contributes to increasing the stability of the functioning of business facilities, preserving human resources and ensuring the continuity of production processes. The conclusion is made about the need to integrate psychological training, crisis communications and security management into the system of professional training and practical activities of modern managers and entrepreneurs.
