Стратегії адаптації національних економічних екосистем до викликів глобальної цифрової трансформації

Abstract

У статті досліджено особливості адаптації національних економічних екосистем до сучасних викликів глобальної цифрової трансформації. Визначено ключові фактори цифровізації економічного середовища, проаналізовано вплив цифрових технологій на розвиток держави, бізнесу та суспільства. Обґрунтовано необхідність формування комплексних стратегій адаптації економічних систем до умов цифрової економіки з урахуванням технологічних, інституційних і соціально-економічних змін. Розкрито значення цифрової інфраструктури, інноваційного потенціалу, людського капіталу, розвитку цифрових компетентностей та цифрового управління у забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності національної економіки. Доведено, що ефективна цифрова трансформація економічних екосистем потребує системного підходу, який поєднує технологічні, інституційні, соціальні та безпекові компоненти. Запропоновано напрями підвищення стійкості національних економік в умовах глобальної цифровізації, зокрема шляхом розвитку інноваційної екосистеми, удосконалення державної політики цифрового розвитку та зміцнення міжнародного співробітництва у сфері цифрових технологій./The rapid development of digital technologies has become one of the most influential factors in shaping the modern global economy. Digital transformation affects all sectors of economic activity, including production, finance, public administration, trade, and labor relations. In an era of increasing globalization and technological competition, national economic ecosystems must adapt to new digital realities. Implementing artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, big data, digital platforms, and automated systems significantly changes traditional economic interaction and management models. At the same time, digitalization creates opportunities for economic growth and innovation, as well as risks related to cybersecurity, digital inequality, technological dependence, and labor market transformation.

Purpose. This article studies strategies for adapting national economic ecosystems to the challenges of global digital transformation, determining the key mechanisms for increasing their competitiveness and resilience in the digital economy. Particular attention is given to the roles of digital infrastructure, innovation systems, human capital, and digital governance in ensuring sustainable economic development.

Results. The study identifies the main challenges of digital transformation for national economies. These challenges include uneven technological development, increasing cyber threats, the transformation of employment structures, and the growing influence of global digital platforms. The study substantiates that effectively adapting to digital transformation requires a comprehensive, systemic approach that combines technological modernization, institutional reforms, innovation support, and digital skills development. The research shows that national economic ecosystems’ competitiveness largely depends on the level of digital infrastructure development, the efficiency of public digital governance, and society’s ability to adapt to technological changes. The study proposes strategic directions for strengthening the resilience of national economies in the context of global digitalization.

Conclusions. Digital transformation has been established as a key factor in the long-term development of national economies and their integration into the global economic space. Successful adaptation to digital challenges requires the coordinated interaction of the state, businesses, educational institutions, and society. Implementing effective digital strategies increases economic stability, innovation, and international competitiveness. Further research should focus on digital sovereignty, artificial intelligence regulation, and mechanisms for reducing digital inequality.
