Механізми мінімізації наслідків природнокліматичних аномалій в агровиробництві

Abstract

The study examines the fundamental mechanisms of mitigating the impacts of natural and climatic anomalies on agricultural production through the implementation of state-supported insurance systems. Based on a survey of 27 farms in the Mykolaiv and Kirovohrad regions, the research identifies financial and institutional barriers that hinder the widespread adoption of risk management tools. The findings emphasize that a consistent state policy involving premium subsidies and streamlined administration is essential for ensuring the economic resilience of the agricultural sector within the framework of sustainable development.
