Диверсифікація аграрних підприємств на основі запровадження переробки насіння соняшнику

Abstract

В статті досліджено сучасний стан виробництва та продажу олійних культур в Україні та світі. Особливу увагу приділено соняшнику, як основній олійній культурі, яка є сировиною для соняшникової олії. З’ясовано виключне значення виробництва соняшнику, як одного з основних факторів прибутковості сільськогосподарських підприємств. Доведено необхідність подальшого розвитку галузі на інноваційній основі та пошуку нових факторів і резервів щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності виробництва. Обґрунтовано інноваційно-інвестиційний проект диверсифікації діяльності сільськогосподарського підприємства на основі використання міні-олійниць для переробки насіння соняшнику. Проведено відповідні розрахунки щодо прогнозних обсягів виробництва соняшнику в досліджуваному господарстві, оцінка зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища підприємства, його сильних та слабких сторін. За проектними розрахунками період окупності проекту складає два роки, а його запровадження має як економічний так і соціальний ефект.

The article investigates the current state of production and sale of oilseeds in Ukraine and in the world. Particular attention is paid to sunflower as the main oilseed crop, which is a raw material for sunflower oil. The exclusive value of sunflower seed production, as one of the main factors of the profitability of agricultural enterprises, is determined. The necessity of further development of the industry on innovative basis and the search for new factors and reserves for increasing the competitiveness of production is proved. The innovation-investment project of diversification of activity of the agricultural enterprise based on the use of mini-oil for the processing of sunflower seeds is substantiated. Appropriate calculations were made regarding expected production volumes of sunflower in the investigated farm, assessment of the external and internal environment of the enterprise, its strengths and weaknesses. According to the project calculations, the payback period of the project is two years, and its implementation has both economic and social effects.
