Теоретичні аспекти процесу відокремлення олії способом пресування

Abstract

У статті представлено аналіз конструктивних рішень шнекових пресів вітчизняного і закордонного виробництва, що застосовуються для різних видів олійних культур. Наведено теоретичні аспекти процесу пресування, зазначено основні технологічні параметри, що впливають на інтенсивність відокремлення олії з мезги, до яких належать: швидкість обертання шнекового валу, ступінь захоплення мезги першим витком, фізико-механічні властивості мезги і ступінь зносу поверхні шнекових витків.

The article presents the analysis of constructive solutions of screw presses of domestic and foreign production that used for different types of oilseeds. The paper indicates the theoretical aspects of the pressing process and the main technological parameters that influenced on the intensity of the separation of oil from the pulp, which include: the speed of the screw shaft, the degree of seizing of the pulp by the first turn, the physical and mechanical properties of the pulp and the degree of wear of the surface of the screw turns.
