Модернізація конструкції гідросистеми трактора ДТ–75

Abstract

В статті показано, що на частку і гідроприводів припадає до 35...40% відказів від загальної кількості відказів по трактору. При цьому в ремонт часто направляються працездатні гідроагрегати з недовикористованим до 20...30% ресурсом, що свідчить про недостатній контроль технічного стану гідроприводів при експлуатації тракторів. Пропонується модернізація бака гідросистеми, в якому постійно змінюється рівень масла і при цьому проходить «дихання» повітря з атмосфери і особливо при використанні гідроциліндрів, які працюють тільки в положенні «піднімання».

It is proposed to upgrade the tank hydrosystem, which constantly changes the level of oil and thus passes the "breathing" of air from the atmosphere, and especially when using hydrocylinders, which work only in the "lifting" position.
