Методологія ризик-орієнтованого підходу до управління економічною безпекою підприємства

Abstract

В статті теоретично узагальнено методологічні та концептуальні положення системи управління економічною безпекою та управління ризиками, що дозволило виявити існуючі проблеми методологічного та практичного характеру їх використання для виявлення, ідентифікації та оцінювання небезпек діяльності підприємств. На цій підставі сформовано методологічні засади ризик -орієнтованого підходу до управління економічною безпекою, які базуються на поєднанні методології управління економічною безпекою та методології управління ризиками. Узагальнено практичні аспекти застосування системи управління економічною безпекою та управління ризиками, та доведено практичну необхідність використання ризико - орієнтованого підходу. Здійснено систематизацію ідеологічних постулатів управління економічною безпекою на засадах ризик-орієнтованого підходу в частині виокремлення мети, рівнів та результатів такого управління. Сформовано концептуальні підходи до управління економічною безпекою на засадах ризик-орієнтованого підходу шляхом визначення цілей концепції, механізму та методів оцінювання її реалізації.

In this article theoretically generalized methodological and conceptual positions of management system of economic security and management of risks, that allowed to reveal existing methodological and practical problems, using them for revealing, identifying and estimating the hazards of enterprises activity. On this basis formed methodological fundamentals of risk orientated approach to the management of economic security of the enterprise, that based on combination of methodology of management of economic secur ity and methodology of management of risks. Purpose. The aim of the article is scientific development of methodological ensuring of risk orientated approach to management of economic security of the enterprise and generalization of its basic scientific and practical concepts by combination them with existing scientific approaches to management of economic security and management of risks. Results. Practical aspects of using the system of management of economic security and management of risks have generalized. Practical necessity of using risk orientated approach has proved. The result of the management of economic security based on proposed risk orientated approach is ensuring the enterprises stability based on forecasting and reducing the probability of loss of input resources’ and functions’ stability, that are realized on the basis of their using. The management of economic security based on risk orientated approach rests on determination of qualitative and quantitative characteristics inherent in different risks, grouping of risks from the perspective of functions and components they are based on, development of directions of lowering their negative consequences for enterprises activity. Systematization of ideological postulates of the management of economic security, based on risk orientated approach in terms of setting the aim, levels and results of such management has made. Conclusions. Conceptual approaches to management of economic security on the basis of risk orientated approach by determination the concept’s aims, mechanism and methods of evaluation its implementation has formed. Using the systemic-structural approach allowed to make visualization of the system of economic security of the enterprise activity, that is ensured by economic security of using input resources, security of performing the functions and security of the structure of the enterprise itself.
