ОЦІНКА ФОРМУВАННЯ ДОХІДНОЇ ЧАСТИНИ ДЕРЖАВНОГО БЮДЖЕТУ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості формування дохідної частини державного бюджету, проаналізовано структуру доходів державного бюджету, до якої входять податкові та неподаткові надходження, офіційні трансферти, цільові фонди, доходи від операцій з капіталом та інші надходження, наведено та розраховано динаміку їх зміни, висвітлено основні проблеми, які впливають на зміну у структурі доходів державного бюджету. Розкрито сутність поняття “державний бюджет”, “податкові надходження”, “неподаткові надходження”, “формування податкових надходжень бюджету”.

The article deals with the features of the formation of the revenue part of the budget, analyzed the structure of the state budget revenues, which includes tax and non-tax revenues, official transfers, trust funds, income from capital operations and other receipts, the dynamics of their changes are presented and calculated, the main problems, affect the change in the structure of state budget revenues. The essence of the concept of “state budget”, “tax revenues”, “non-tax revenues”, “formation of tax revenues of the budget” is revealed.
