Вплив ресурсного забезпечення підприємств на проведення антикризових заходів

Abstract

Стаття присвячена теоретичним та прикладним аспектам впливу ресурсного забезпечення на процес проведення антикризових заходів. У роботі авторами проведено аналіз наявних класифікацій ресурсів підприємства та запропоновано авторську класифікацію існуючих ресурсів підприємства. Авторами зазначено, що нераціональне використання наявних ресурсів підприємства обов’язково призведе до порушення балансу в діяльності підприємства, результатом чого є кризи у різних сферах функціонування підприємства. Авт орами наведено основні антикризові заходи, що застосовуються на підприємствах та перелік дій керівництва в залежності від обраних антикризових заходів. Також окремо виділено інформаційні ресурси підприємства та джерела, що їх формують. Наголошено, що без отримання вчасної, достовірної інформації розробка та застосування антикризових заходів в реальних умовах функціонування неможлива. Доведено, що саме індивідуальний підхід до змін кожного конкретно обраного підприємства дає можливість застосовувати ті чи інші антикризові заходи, використовуючи ресурсне забезпечення підприємства.

The activity of modern enterprises in the Ukrainian market is accompanied by a large number of factors that negatively affect the sustainable development of enterprises. The crisis of economic relations and the decline of production in recent years put the leadership of Ukrainian enterprises before new challenges. One of such tasks is the formation and implementation of anti-crisis measures that will have the greatest economic effect. Using different types of resources in their activities enables enterprises to create a variety of goods and services. Depending on the size, specialization, customer orientation and other features of operation, each enterprise has different resources in terms of its quantitative and qualitative characteristics. In accordance with the conditions of operation, the introduction of anti-crisis measures on the activities of enterprises, in many respects, is based on adequate provision of the necessary resources. Conseque ntly, the issue of resource provision of modern enterprises in carrying out anti-crisis measures is relevant and requires constant study. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical and applied aspects of the impact of resource support on the process of anti-crisis measures.
