Перспективи використання логістичної стратегії як умова забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства

Abstract

У статті досліджено використання логістичної стратегії як основи забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства та отримання довгострокових переваг підприємством в умовах динамічного ринкового середовища. Визначено сутність поняття «логістична стратегія», її основні елементи та види. Виокремлено основні логістичні інструменти реалізації цілей розвитку підприємств, що існують сьогодні. Показано взаємозв'язок логістичної стратегії та стратегії розвитку підприємства, в тому числі переваги, які надає використання логістики в загальному менеджменті підприємства. Визначено види сучасних інструментів та підходів до реалізації цілей підприємств з позицій логістики. Розглянуто ключові показники результативності логістичної стратегії, що можуть стосуватись діяльності національних підприємств, та визначено переваги вибору основних логістичних факторів. Продемонстровано ключові переваги застосування логістичної стратегії в загальному управлінні підприємством.

The major task of any enterprise is providing its continual strategic development. The decision of this task consists in creation and use of enterprise’s competitive advantages that can be attained as a result of effective strategy implementation. Taking into account today’s state of the market environment the majority of enterprises applies the logistic strategic management that is used for minimization of charges and providing the maximum level of competitiveness. Thus the strategy has the opportunity to forward the development of effective logistic system as adjusted process of commodity and data flows management between suppliers, enterprise and consumers. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to define the perspectives of the logistics strategy use as the condition of enterprise's competitive ability providing and to show the interdependence of logistics strategy and development strategy of the enterprise, including advantages of the logistics use in the general management. Results. Taking into account today’s state of the market environment, the logistics strategy uses, as the condition of enterprise's competitive ability providing, the long-term advantages reception for the enterprise. It is defined in this article. The essence of the term “logistics strategy”, its basic elements and types are designated. The up -to-date basic logistic instruments of enterprises’ development aims realization are accentuated. The interdependence of logistics strategy and development strategy of the enterprise, including advantages of the logistics use in the general management is shown. The types of modern instruments and methods of enterprises aim realization, from the logistics point of view, are determined. Conclusions. Taking into account today’s state of the market environment it is proved that the special place in providing of enterprise’s competitiveness the advantages related to logistics activity can hold. Consideration of logistics potential and its elements is caused by the requirement of estimation mechanism development and possibility modern economic approaches use in practical activity of the enterprise. The estimation of its potential will allow to reduce the hidden backlogs in enterprise’s development and to increase the return from the modern effective instruments of management use and efficiency of the logistics processes.
