Стратегічне управління ризиками на біржовому ринку сільськогосподарської продукції

Abstract

У статті розкрито важливість стратегічного управління ризиками на біржовому ринку сільськогосподарської продукції, визначено сутність товарного і споживчого сільського господарства. Розглянуто поняття «біржа», «біржовий ринок», «біржова торгівля», «біржовий ризик», «управління ризиками», «стратегічне управління», «стратегія управління ризиками». Наведено класифікацію ризиків, визначено групи ризиків. Особливу увагу звернено на зовнішньобіржові та внутрішноьбіржові ризики. Детально досліджено цінові ризики сільськогосподарської продукції. Обґрунтовано зв’язок ризиків і управління. Визначено найважливіші види стратегій управління ризиком. Розкрито основні особливості стратегічного управління. Визначено принципи стратегічного управління біржовими ризиками. Наголошено, що мінімізація ризиків підвищить привабливість біржового ринку і в подальшому розвитку біржового ринку сільськогосподарської продукції повинні гармонійно поєднуватись саморегулюючі механізми біржі та державне регулювання, стимулювання його діяльності.

The development and dissemination of scientific concepts and methods for the implementation of exchange technologies for risk prevention is one of the important areas of economic research of the current period of economic relations in Ukraine. The risks and methods of managing them are not well-understood issues. There are numerous issues that need careful attention and effective solutions, which require timely foresight, identifying risks and making the right decisions to address them. Otherwise, this will result in a decrease in the planned return on the exchange transaction. Purpose. Substantiation of the essence of stock exchange risk, as well as definition of risk management strategies in the exchange market of agricultural products. Results. The importance of strategic risk management in agricultural exchange market is revealed in the article, the essence of exchange and consumer agriculture is determined. Concepts are considered: stock exchange, stock market, stock trading, stock exchange risk, risk management, strategic management, risk management strategy. Risk classification is given, risk groups are defined. Particular attention is paid to foreign and domestic risks. The price risks of agricultural products are studied in detail. Risk communication and management are justified. The most important types of risk management strategies are identified. The basic features of strategic management are revealed. The principles of strategic management of stock exchange risks are defined. Conclusions. Exchange risks are probable losses as a result of exchange operations. One of the main reasons for the low participation of enterprises in exchange operations is insufficiently effective strategic techniques of stock exchange risk management. The application and development of risk management strategies is a necessary part of the exchange trading process, which allows to rationalize the losses that may be incurred by bidders. This in turn will maximize profits from the sale of agricultural products. Risk minimization will be facilitated by the concentration of efforts of the parties to the transaction in order to classify risks by the entities of the exchange transaction, which will increase the attractiveness of the exchange market.
