Assessment of management efficiency and infrastructure development of Ukraine

Abstract

Метою статті є оцінка ефективності розвитку інфраструктури методом аналізу обернених даних (DEA). Запропонований метод дозволяє оцінити рівень поточного стану інфраструктури, що забезпечує виробничий та соціальний аспект його стабільного розвитку. У статті обґрунтовується необхідність проведення аналітичної оцінки рівня розвитку інфраструктури, яка виявляє її слабкі сторони та визначає потенціал покращення показників її ефективності. Запропоновано комплексну оцінку ефективності транспортної інфраструктури. Для оцінки проблем розвитку інфраструктури проведено порівняльний аналіз та упорядкування об'єктів відповідно до зростання чи зменшення показників. Результати дослідження дозволяють виявити причини шкідливих явищ у системі управління та розвитку, визначити основні тенденції та перспективи розвитку.

The purpose of the article is to assess assessment of infrastructure development efficiency the Data envelopment analysis (DEA) method. The proposed method allows assessing the level of current infrastructure condition which provides production and social dimension of its stable development. The article substantiates the necessity of conducting an analytical assessment of infrastructure development level which identifies its weaknesses and determines potential of improving its performance indicators. An integral assessment of transport infrastructure efficiency is proposed. To assess the problems of infrastructure development provision the comparative analyses and ordering the objects according to growth or decrease of the indicators. The results of the research allow discovering the causes of harmful phenomena in the system of management and development, identifying major trends and prospects of development.
