Напрями управління сталим розвитком підприємств

Abstract

Проведено аналіз сучасного стану промисловості за видами економічної діяльності, що дає змогу уявити загальну ситуацію, що склалася в Україні. Розглянуто розвиток промислових підприємств як складної системи за етапами стійкості, надійності, що обумовлена інформованістю про середовище, саморегулювання й самоорганізації. Запропоновано до використання науково-обґрунтовані методи та інструменти управління для досягнення на промислових підприємствах найвищого етапу їх сталого розвитку, що здійснюється під впливом системоутворюючих процесів (явищ). Забезпечення стійкості промислових підприємств розглядається на етапах становлення, зрілості й прогресивних змін, пов'язаних з впровадженням нових технологій. Для кожного етапу життєвого циклу промислових підприємств виділено свій набір методів та інструментів управління, що відбивається на умовах їх розвитку. Розроблено напрями щодо управління сталим розвитком промислових підприємств на етапах їх життєдіяльності, що буде сприяти посиленню адаптивних можливостей підприємств та укріпленню їх конкурентних переваг.

In the modern economic development of the country, a key role is given to industry, as one of the most powerful resources to ensure the quality of life of the population, as a basis for economic prosperity. Industry is an integrator of scientific and technological achievements and a locomotive of transformational restructuring of the state and its regions. It forms the foundation for sustainable socio - economic development of the country. In this regard, the study of the state of industry of Ukraine and development of directions for its sustainable development is relevant and timely. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of the Ukrainian industry and to develop directions for managing the sustainable development of industrial enterprises at the stages of their activity. Results. The analysis of the current state of the industry was done by the types of economic activity, which gives an opportunity to present the general situation in Ukraine. The development of industrial enterprises is considered as a complex system by the stages of stability, reliability, which is caused by environmental awareness, self-regulation and self-organization. It is proposed to use scientifically sound methods and management tools to achieve at the industrial enterprises the highest stage of their sustainable development, which is carried out under the influence of system-forming processes (phenomena). Sustainability of industrial enterprises is considered at the stages of formation, maturity and progressive changes associated with the introduction of new technologies. For each stage of the enterprise life cycle, a set of management methods and tools is allocated, which is reflected in the conditions of their development. Conclusions. In the initial conditions of sustainable development, namely ensuring economic and social development, environmental sustainability, international cooperation and inside-cooperation, we are talking about the transition from spontaneity to management. Therefore, the development of guidelines for managing sustainable development of enterprises is aimed at its balanced provision at every stage of life, which will allow making managerial decisions quickly and will help to strengthen the adaptive capacity of enterprises and consolidate long-term competitive advantages
