Регулювання економічної безпеки підприємств аграрного сектору

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемам регулювання економічної безпеки підприємств аграрного сектору. Метою статті є розкриття теоретико-методичних засад регулювання рівня економічної безпеки у розрізі окремих функціональних складових. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування експертної оцінки під час дослідження регулювання економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств. Запропонована модель регулювання рівня економічної безпеки у розрізі окремих функціональних складових враховує ступінь впливу суб’єктів регулювання на окремі складові економічної безпеки. Найважливішим компонентом економічної безпеки суб’єктів господарювання є фінансова складова, яку слід розглядати як матеріальну основу всіх інших складових. З урахуванням цього запропоновано механізм регулювання фінансової безпеки підприємства, який повинен формуватися як складова системи управління економічною безпекою підприємства у цілому шляхом використання певних принципів, важелів, інструментів, методів забезпечення тощо.

The article deals with the problems of regulating economic security of agricultural enterprises. The expediency of using expert evaluation in the study of regulating economic security of agricultural enterprises is substantiated. The model of regulating the level of economic security of the agrarian sector by individual functional components is proposed. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the regulation of the level of economic security in the context of individual functional components, as well as to develop a mechanism for regulating the financial security of the enterprise which is formed through the prism of the economic security management of the enterprise. Results. The assessment of the importance of the impact of individual functional components on the formation of economic security of agricultural enterprises, which was conducted as a result of an expert survey, has allowed to get an idea of the structure of economic security. In addition, according to the survey, we can conclude that the company has the greatest potential to influence the following components of its own economic security: personnel-intellectual, production-technological, financial, resource-technical, security of decision-making and information security. The state (represented by legislative and executive authorities) has the greatest potential to influence the following components of economic security of agricultural enterprises: political and legal, foreign economic and energetic. On this basis, the model of regulation of economic security level in the context of individual functional components has been formed, which takes into account the degree of influence of the subjects of regulation on individual components of economic security. Conclusions. The most important component of economic security for business entities is the financial component, which should be considered as the material basis of all other components. The mechanism for regulating the financial security of an enterprise has been proposed, which should be formed as a part of the system of managing the economic security of the enterprise as a whole by applying certain principles, levers, tools, methods, provision, etc.
