Потенціал стратегічного розвитку об’єднаних територіальних громад регіону

Abstract

У статті подано результати дослідження економічних можливостей, які формують потенціал для розробки та досягнення стратегічних цілей територіальних громад регіону. Виділено чотири типи стратегічних підходів, в основі яких – розвиток місцевості, тобто фізичного середовища, або розвиток бізнесу, або розвиток людських ресурсів, або місцеві громадські ініціативи. Рекомендовано поєднання різних елементів цих підходів у Стратегії розвитку громади, залежно від потреб та умов конкретної місцевості.

The article discusses the results of the study of economic opportunities which are in the potential of development and achievement of strategic goals of regional communities of the region. There are four types of strategic approaches that underpin the development of the terrain, in the physical environment, or business development, or human resources development, or local community initiatives. It is recommended to combine different elements of these approaches in the Community Development Strategy, depending on the needs and conditions of the particular locality.
