Продуктивність сільського господарства у розрізі галузей України

Abstract

Статтю присвячено питанням продуктивності праці сільського господарства у розрізі галузей України, розкрито сутність поняття продуктивності праці, теоретичні та практичні аспекти економічного змісту і методології визначення показників продуктивності праці. Досліджено методичні підходи щодо визначення та розрахунку продуктивності праці, виробітку і трудомісткості. Проаналізовано стан продуктивності праці в сільському господарстві за категоріями товаровиробників та галузями рослинництва і тваринництва, динаміку продуктивності праці в сільськогосподарських підприємствах, продуктивність праці в сільському господарстві у розрізі регіонів України та США, продуктивність праці в сільськогосподарських підприємствах України за регіонами на 1 зайнятого в сільськогосподарському виробництві, продуктивність праці рослинництва в сільськогосподарських підприємствах України за регіонами. Визначено трійку лідерів серед областей України за рівнем продуктивності праці в сільськогосподарських підприємствах. Визначено основні проблеми і напрями підвищення продуктивності праці у розрізі галузей України. У результаті дослідження зазначено, що в умовах ринкової економіки створення конкурентоспроможної продукції підвищення ефективності господарської діяльності можливе за умови ефективного використання ресурсів та підвищення продуктивності праці. Досліджено підходи до визначення економічної сутності продуктивності праці, її значення для ефективного функціонування підприємства. Визначено фактори та підходи до підвищення продуктивності праці в сучасних умовах.

The article is devoted to the issues of agricultural productivity in the context of Ukrainian industries, reveals the essence of the concept of labor productivity, theoretical and practical aspects of determining the economic content and methods of measuring labor productivity. Methodical approaches to the definition and calculation of labor productivity, as well as economic indicators such as production and labor intensity are studied. Academician Strumilin's contribution to the development of labor productivity problems was also studied. The state of labor productivity in rural areas is analyzed economy by categories of commodity producers and branches of crop and livestock production, dynamics of labor productivity in agricultural enterprises (per one employed in agricultural production, labor productivity in agriculture in terms of regions of Ukraine and the USA, labor productivity in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine by regions per 1 employed in agricultural production , at constant prices in 2010, labor productivity of crop production in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine us by region per 1 employed in agriculture production, at constant prices in 2010. The research identified three leaders among the regions of Ukraine in terms of labor productivity in agricultural enterprises, livestock productivity in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine by region per 1 employee in agricultural production, at constant prices in 2010, UAH, as well as conclusions and suggestions on increasing labor productivity in terms of industries in Ukraine. The conclusions identify the main problems and areas for increasing productivity in terms of industries in Ukraine. As a result of the study it is noted that in a market economy, the creation of competitive products, increase the efficiency of economic activity is possible provided the efficient use of resources and increase productivity. Labor productivity is one of the most important economic categories, which most clearly reflects the efficiency of production. It accumulates in close combination the efficiency of labor resources, land, financial, and the main strategic goal is to find ways to increase key productivity indicators.
