Формування ринкових підходів до інтелектуальної власності у контексті інноваційної діяльності

Abstract

У даній статті проведено аналіз формування ринкових підходів до інтелектуальної власності у контексті інноваційної діяльності. Проведено метолологічний аналіз думок вчених щодо ролі ринковізації використання інтелектуальної власності в інтенсифікації та результативності інноваційної діяльності. Визначено вплив та роль держави у розробці ринкових підходів та використання світового досвіду у формуванні та розвитку ринкових підходів до інтелектуальної власності під призмою інноваційної діяльності.

Sustainable socio-economic development in Ukraine is impossible without the use of innovative processes and innovative technologies. In conceptual terms, intellectual property is a significant component of intellectual capacity. The introduction of market-based tools for intellectual property will contribute to the realization of creative potential, which can be expressed, for example, in the form of new technological solutions and new energy-resource and material-saving technologies. This article analyzes the formation of market approaches to intellectual property in the context of innovation. A metrological analysis of the thoughts of scientists on the role of the market use of intellectual property in the intensification and effectiveness of innovative activities is carried out. The influence and role of the state in the development of market approaches and the use of world experience in the formation and development of market approaches to intellectual property under the prism of innovation is determined. One of the priority tasks of the state in the current environment is to take the course of economic reforms towards the introduction of transparent market relations between the state and economic entities. The problem of improving the efficiency of the use of intellectual property requires market approaches and marketization of thinking. Market-based approaches to intellectual property in developed countries have long become the norm. Therefore, further economic reforms in Ukraine cannot bypass the intellectual property market. Innovative factors for countries that have embarked on the path of democratic development may be the lever that will enable them to reduce the technological distance to the leading countries
