Екологічний аудит як складова світової екологічної політики

Abstract

Встановлено, що успішна реалізація принципів Концепції сталого розвитку цивілізації у частині екологічної складової можлива за умови формування дієвого механізму екологічного управління через реалізацію екологічної політики. Визначено, що інформаційним забезпеченням інструментів реалізації механізму екологічної політики виступає всесвітня система екологічних спостережень, екологічний моніторинг, екологічний аудит. Основними завданнями екологічного аудиту є надання об’єктивної інформації про екологічні аспекти діяльності підприємства та її відповідність міжнародним стандартам, нормам законів, вимогам замовників, а також розробка рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи екологічного менеджменту на підприємствах

It is established that the successful implementation of the principles of the Concept of sustainable development of civilization in terms of the environmental component is possible provided the formation of an effective mechanism of environmental management through the implementation of environmental policy. It is determined that the global system of ecological observations, ecological monitoring, ecological audit is the information support of the tools of realization of the mechanism of ecological policy. The main tasks of environmental audit are to provide objective information about the environmental aspects of the enterprise and its compliance with international standards, laws, customer requirements, as well as to develop recommendations for improving the environmental management system in enterprises.
