Особливості формування та розвитку фінансової інфраструктури України

Abstract

Розглянуто підходи до сутності інфраструктурної організації ринку. Досліджено законодавчі та нормативні аспекти фінансової інфраструктури країн, що знаходяться на різних етапах розвитку. Визначено характерні відмінності теоретичних і правових основ. Проведена критична оцінка фінансової інфраструктури України. Розкрито особливості фінансової інфраструктури країн з більш захищеним ринком капіталу. Визначено основні стратегічні напрямки формування фінансової інфраструктури.

The approaches to the essence of infrastructure organization of the market are considered. The legislative and normative aspects of the financial infrastructure of countries at different stages of development have been studied. The characteristic differences of theoretical and legal bases are determined. Critical assessment of the financial infrastructure of Ukraine was carried out. Features of the financial infrastructure of countries with a more secure capital market are disclosed. The main strategic directions of forming the financial infrastructure are determined.
