Роль цитокінових імуногенів в медичній практиці

Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні групи цитокінів та їх вплив на перебіг запальних реакцій в організмі. Відмічено вплив кількості іннтерферонів, інтерлейкінів та факторів некрозу пухлин на перебіг певної стадії хвороби. Було порівняно результати досліджень різних науковців, які працювали з проблемами раку яєчників, раку легень та туберкульозу.

The article considers the main groups of cytokines and their effect on the course of inflammatory reactions in the body. The effect of the number of interferonives, interleukins, and tumor necrosis factors on the course of a certain stage of the disease was noted. There were comparative results of studies of various scientists who worked with problems of ovarian cancer, lung cancer and tuberculosis.
