Розвиток інформаційної культури і компетентності у випускників закладів вищої освіти, сучасні виклики

Abstract

Масштабна інформатизація у сучасному суспільстві проникла в усі сфери діяльності сучасних засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Між постійно зростаючими можливостями програмних платформ сучасних комп'ютерів, його периферійних пристроїв та існуючими інформаційними компетенціями й інформаційної культури користувачів і споживачів є явне відставання. У зв'язку з цим виникла необхідність знайти відповіді та обґрунтувати сучасні виклики інформаційного суспільства системі освіти, переглянути підходи до підготовки майбутніх викладачів у системі вищої освіти у напрямку посилення розвитку їхнього рівня інформаційної компетентності та культури.

Large-scale informatization in modern society has penetrated all spheres of activity of modern means of information and communication technologies. There is a clear lag between the constantly growing capabilities of software platforms of modern computers, its peripheral devices and the existing information competences and information culture of users and consumers. In this regard, there is a need to find answers and substantiate modern challenges of the information society to the education system, to review approaches to the training of future teachers in the higher education system in the direction of strengthening the development of their level of information competence and culture.
