Social responsibility as one of the policy strategies of the agrarian sector development in Ukraine

Abstract

У статті досліджено перспективні напрями соціальної відповідальності в аграрному секторі. Зазначено основні категорії напрямів соціальної відповідальності в Україні. З'ясовано, що для ефективного розвитку соціальної відповідальності в Україні повинні бути задіяні усі рівні: глобальний, міжнародний, державний, рівень підприємства та особистісний. Визначено основних драйверів майбутньої економіки та їх вклад в загальне зростання економіки держави. Розроблено авторами стримуючі фактори реалізації соціальної відповідальності та переваги від її запровадження в аграрному секторі. Доведено, що саме на основі розвитку соціальної відповідальності та довіри до соціально-відповідальних підприємств, можливий стійкий економічний розвиток держави.

The article explores the perspective directions of social responsibility in the agrarian sector. The main categories of social responsibility directions in Ukraine are indicated. It has been determined that for the effective development of social responsibility in Ukraine all levels should be involved: global, international, state, enterprise level and personal. The main drivers of the future economy and their contribution to the over all growth of the state economy are determined. The author has developed constraints on the implementation of social responsibility and the benefits of implement igniting the agrarian sector. It is proved that it is precisely on the basis of the development of social responsibility and trust in socially responsible enterprises that sustainable economic development of the state is possible
